A quality gym and top instructors. Extremely friendly, motivating atmosphere, great workout and lots of positivity. A lot of cardio exercises and dynamic movements for warm up keeps you fit and in shape. Amazing fun workout for adults and children. Definitely recommend for everyone.

Fantastic atmosphere . My kids have come along so much since February physically ,medically and emotionally . Their confidence has risen dramatically and the have made lots of new friends. They are challenged and they challenge others to help push each other . What else can I say .. it is one big family really !! HIGHLY RECOMMENED

My son is now a purple belt he loves feeling likes his part of a team , and gets lots of support from the instructors Star Kick boxing had a great atmosphere and everyone have meet are friendly and welcoming. Its a great sport to get into

I started late last year and honestly it's the best thing I've done. It has changed my life quite literally . I suffer with mental health and can tell you right now this place , the people ,the trainers and the owners have saved my life completely, from a man who wanted to end his life every time he woke up to a man who is strong mentally and physically, confident, energetic and the most importantly HAPPY, the happiest I have ever been. From me to you all THANK YOU as I would not be here if it wasn't for you. And I promise I will keep going and never give up on my self or on yous. You have put faith , time effort and love into not just me but all your pupils. I have nothing but LOVE AND RESPECT TO YOU ALL.

Great club ,brilliant coaches and has a real feel safe family feel when you enter. My three kids train there, two girls have private sessions with Paul the head coach , and my son attends little stars run by Jam. The staff here are fantastic they teach the kids with their heart and you can see the passion they have , they believe in their students and push them to reach their goals. If you are looking for kickboxing, I would recommend you give this a go.
