One to one or small group training available to work on improving all areas of flexibility using developmental and PNF techniques to ensure your goals are reached. Classes will include self massage techniques and foam rolling to maximise gains. Increased flexibility can reduce risk of injury and lower back pain and increase range of movement, blood flow and nutrients to soft tissues whilst improving posture and overall sporting performance.
