Star Kickboxing is a friendly, thriving and active club which welcomes students of all abilities and experience. Whether it's just fitness, self defence, learning to spar or even competing you can learn to do it in a safe and friendly environment. Since opening in September 2005 the club has become quite involved in the fight scene building up a good portfolio of fighters . Under the instruction of Paul Haworth 2nd Dan Kickboxing who has also trained in Karate (1st Dan), Taekwondo (2nd Degree) and Kaizendo (2nd Degree).

He is assisted Leigh Haworth who is experienced is self defence and many other aspects of Martial arts such as Karate (1st Kyu), Taekwondo (2nd Degree) Kai Zendo (2nd Degree) Kickboxing (2nd Degree ) whilst Kevin Wanstall brings Kai Zendo (2nd Degree), Taekwondo (2nd Degree) Kickboxing (2nd Degree) and many years of Doorman experience. A wealth of experience to guide you towards your goal.

Star Kickboxing is a member of the PUMA organisation (Professional Unification of Martial Arts).
