Star Kickboxing and Star Boxercise are friendly, thriving and active clubs which welcome students of all abilities and experience. Whether it's just fitness,stamina,confidence, self defence, sparring or even competing you can learn to do it in a safe and friendly environment. Since opening in September 2005 the club has become quite involved in the fight scene building up a good portfolio of fighters . All levels of contact are catered for ranging from light to full contact 

      Star  kickboxing provide personal or company self defence classes and personal training.

Childrens classes are available for an age of 6 years old with qualified and fully CRB checked instructors who are all qualified and experienced in Child Protection.

                  First two Kickboxing lessons are free ( Adults & Children)
